Explore what distracts you online, use fun tricks like brain breaks, and learn to plan your screen time with balance and focus.

Meet ChatGPT, a smart AI that helps answer questions, write stories, and make learning fun — learn to ask great questions too.
Module 7: Write Your Story and Make an E-Book
Turn your ideas into a real story, write it using Google Docs, and design a digital book cover in Canva to share with others.
Module 8: Make Your Own Voice Podcast Show
Learn how to write a script, record your voice, and add sounds or music to create and share your first podcast episode proudly.
Module 9: Start a Mini Business of Your Own
