Our Belief

Disability does not reduce a person’s potential. Inaccessible systems, limited opportunities and social barriers do.

From Dependence and Exclusion to Confidence and Participation

Parwaz is being developed as a long-term platform where persons with disabilities can learn, connect, earn, lead and participate in society with dignity.

02

Skills and Livelihoods

Preparing participants for freelancing, remote work, entrepreneurship, technology-enabled careers and independent income opportunities.

03

Community and Belonging

Building a network where persons with disabilities and their families can find guidance, representation, mentorship and meaningful human connection.

04

Rights and Representation

Promoting accessibility, equal rights, civic participation, inclusive policies and respectful representation in public life.

Three Communities. One Shared Future.

Every Parwaz pathway is being designed around the accessibility needs, strengths and lived experiences of the people it serves.

Physical Access

Persons with Physical Disabilities

Supporting people with mobility-related and physical disabilities through accessible digital learning, remote earning pathways, leadership opportunities and practical support.

  • Remote work and freelancing pathways
  • Accessible learning environments
  • Entrepreneurship and business support
  • Confidence, advocacy and leadership
Visual Access

Blind and Visually-Impaired Persons

Developing screen-reader-friendly resources, structured audio learning, keyboard-accessible platforms and technology training that promotes independence.

  • Screen-reader-compatible learning
  • Audio lessons and clear transcripts
  • Keyboard-accessible platforms
  • Assistive technology awareness
We will not define people by what they cannot do. We will work with them to build the access, skills and opportunities through which their abilities can flourish.
